We're always aiming for fast and smooth delivery of your orders. We understand that life can throw curveballs, which is why we've made returning items hassle-free and effortless.

SHIPPING
Frames begin the final hand polishing process once an order is placed, so orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.
We offer free shipping and returns on all orders in the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost which can be viewed at checkout. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please email hello@lowercasenyc.com and we will be happy to accommodate any requests as long as the order has not already shipped.
If you would like to place an order and you are outside of the United States, please email hello@lowercasenyc.com.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer returns for up to 15 days after purchase. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be unworn with the complementary accessories, all packaging, and any promotional items that were shipped to you.
To initiate a return, kindly send an email to returns@lowercasenyc.com. Include the frames you wish to return and your order number in the email. Once we receive your request, we will send you a return label via email.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. It may take up to 10 days for your refund to appear on your credit card after the return has been received.
