Can I buy prescription lenses?
Our frames are designed with prescriptions in mind which is why you can bring your frames to your local optician to have them personally fitted by a professional.
What type of lenses do you offer?
All of our sunglass lenses are sourced from Carl Zeiss, a name that is synonymous with the highest quality in lenses. We also offer polarized lenses from Carl Zeiss.
All Lowercase frames have a one year warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturer defect. Warranty claims can only be made at the original place of purchase with a copy of the original receipt. The warranty does not cover lenses placed into Lowercase frames. Mishandling or deliberate modification of a frame will void the warranty.
ORDERS / SHIPPING
Frames begin the final hand polishing process once an order is placed, so orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.
The second day (business days) shipping option is counted from when the frame ships, not when it is ordered.
We offer free shipping and returns in the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost which can be viewed at checkout. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
We offer returns for up to 15 days after purchase. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please email email@example.com indicating which frames you would like to return along with your order number and will we email you a return label. Items must be unworn with the complementary accessories, all packaging, and any promotional items shipped to you. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment. It may take up to 10 days for your refund to show up on your credit card after the return has been received.
What if I need to change my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance but we do provide itemized receipts for submission to your insurance company.
