Orders that choose free shipping will typically ship within 2-3 business days. Orders that choose expedited shipping at an additional cost will ship in 1-2 business days.
We offer free shipping and returns on all orders in the continental United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost which can be viewed at checkout. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
We offer returns for up to 15 days after purchase. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating which frames you would like to return along with your order number and will we email you a return label. Items must be unworn with the complementary accessories, all packaging, and any promotional items shipped to you. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. It may take up to 10 days for your refund to show up on your credit card after the return has been received.
What if I need to change my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance but we do provide itemized receipts for submission to your insurance company.
